2012 SWIFTS LUNCHEON

The smiles and laughter that filled the room when co-captains Mo’onia Gerrard and Kimberlee Green and vice-captain Susan Pratley took to the stage was just one of the highlights of the 2012 NSW Swifts Luncheon at Le Montage, Lilyfield.
 
Bathed in sunlight, it was a glorious day for the Luncheon on Wednesday 2 May with members of the NSW Swifts family dining with the team and listening to coach Lisa Beehag talk about the upcoming match against the Haier Pulse and life as an ANZ Championship coach.
 
Once again the cupcake raffle in support of The Kids’ Cancer Project was a hit with over $1,300 raised, as were the pamper stations with guests enjoying manicures and massages before heading over to have their tarot cards read by the psychics.
 
But it was the trio of Kim, Mon and Prats that stole the show giving guests an insight into who the funniest team-mate is, what Sonia’s chocolate muffins really tasted like, what their game day routines are and why you should play in their third of the court.
