2012 INSIDERS SERIES

The NSW Swifts Insiders Coaching Series is a ‘must attend’ event for coaches at any level, giving a behind-the-scenes look into how an ANZ Championship team operates.

In 2012, the Insiders Coaching Series took place at the NSW Swifts blockbuster Mother’s Day game at Allphones Arena on Sunday 13 May.

Participants gained insight into the Swifts game plan with a pre-match briefing from NSW Swifts Head Coach Lisa Beehag.

When Lisa headed back to warm up the team, the participants workshopped concepts and theories with fellow coaches, led by elite level Netball NSW coach Anita Keelan.

The 33 attendants enjoyed courtside seats as they watched the coaches and team put their plans into action against the Melbourne Vixens.

After the game the participants discussed the outcomes and got an insight into the team’s post-game analysis when Anita Keelan led a Q and A session with NSW Swifts High Performance Coach Sue Hawkins.
