Friday night is sure to set pulses racing with two dynamite opening clashes as the NSW Swifts take to the court against the West Coast Fever and the Queensland Firebirds meet the Adelaide Thunderbirds.

The action doesn’t stop there with the NSW Swifts taking on 2009 premiers, the Melbourne Vixens in the final match of the night at 8:30pm.

Saturday is another jam-packed day of sizzling netball action with the NSW Swifts to face the Southern Steel in the morning followed by a preview of their round one clash against the Queensland Firebirds.

The 2009 Grand Final rematch between the Melbourne Vixens and Adelaide Thunderbirds will whip the crowd into a frenzy on Sunday morning. Before the home crowd favourites, the NSW Swifts, play their final match against the Adelaide Thunderbirds at 2:40pm.
